AI Ventra provides AI automation services including lead capture systems, email sequences, chatbot deployment and CRM integration ("Services"). Services are provided by Tresor Mputu, operating as AI Ventra.
Services are billed monthly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. the Founding Clients program), engagements are month-to-month and can be cancelled at the end of any billing period with written notice.
You retain full ownership of your data, your accounts and your leads. Systems are built on standard third-party tools (Make, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI/Chatbase); the accounts are opened in your name or transferred to you. If the engagement ends, your systems keep running under your control.
AI assistants deployed by AI Ventra never pretend to be human and disclose their AI nature when asked, in line with emerging AI transparency regulations.
Deployment timelines (e.g. 14 days) and system capabilities (e.g. sub-60-second response) are product commitments. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Ventra's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. AI Ventra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The Services depend on third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Make, OpenAI, etc.). Their availability and policy changes are outside AI Ventra's control.
